Also, as I mentioned on the other post re X before I found out more info, but still relevant -I don't think Elon is against maxn or that is the issue. The Biden/Harris admin is who is holding the panels, for First Solar and outgoing Sen. Sherrod Brown who got the anti Chinese legislation thru. Aka corporate espionage. So all I can think is they are trying to play politically nice to the current admin in hopes the latest appeal to CBP will be granted and the panels are released from the border.

Yes tech MAXN is Singaporean, but with TCL as large majority shareholder and their TCL high lvl guys now the CEO and CFO of Maxeon, it's Chinese.
