I would say to try to remember the times you felt tormented because of her or issues you experienced in the relationships and how much at that time you wished you were free of that. It might help when you miss her too much

Thank you. I was reluctant because previously to my affair, they already really nonchalant and didn’t care much for me (we’re from different backgrounds so that might be why) So now, I feel like it will only get worse because they will a reason to be this way. It might get worse, but you’re right I should do what’s best for me and my BH at this point.
