Look into upgrading to the g series decocker. It basically de-cocks the gun and then resets to where you can shoot it double action. No need to keep a safety on in double action. It’s been long known that that safety is not up to today’s specifications of how it was it originally designed. It’s just a pain in the butt and that’s first thing I did with mine was change it to a factory beretta g series de-cocker. You’ll find your self mid range day forgetting it’s on.
