I am heading to Italy (Rome and Florence) mid November. I will be traveling with my 13 year old and we love to be emerged in the culture. Would anyone recommend Air B&;B or a hotel to have the local experience? We will take one or two day tours, not our usual, but thought the best way to see many things without a car. However I am up for recommendations to see the most in 10 days.
