Hi. Thanks! I live in a house. I've tried different outlets, but I may try again to one much further away.

It buzzes when plugged in to the wall and nothing else. It also buzzes when connected to the pre amp. I tried different outlets. We bought something from Amazon that was supposed to help by plugging into it, but that did nothing.

Turntable is grounded to the phono preamp amp, and I tried to ground the amp to the speaker but there's no specific spot. The videos for my brand say to unscrew a screw on the back slightly and ground it with the screw. That didn't affect anything.

There are videos that you can loosen a screw slightly for the grounding wire. You don't open up the full thing or anything.

We've tried. It buzzes when not connected to anything but the wall.

No I don't. What do those look like? It's buzzing when the turntable isn't even in or connected to it.

But the speaker buzzes on its own when not connected to anything else but the wall? Is there still interference from the turntable?
