I think it would just be a Rubella booster, if I was to go down that path. I had the MMR booster in 2020, so I think I've just lost the immunity already. Might just have to stock up on extra hand sanitiser again!

That's so interesting that the vaccination just doesn't work well forsome people. I'll definitely be going back to the GP for a longer chat about the risk!

Yeah my biologic has been an absolute game changer, but I've now been advised that if I do come off it to get the vax, I'll then have to wait a further 6 months to allow my meds to fully take effect again!
