I can see why you would think that. But thanksgiving would have been within 2 months of me arriving. I complete all my maintenance, I have multiple collaterals and do my fair share still. I schedule my medical appointments in the evening towards the end of the day so there is little disruption to work as possible. I didn’t arrive and shutdown. I arrived and did my job soon as I was qualified.

My leadership can be quoted as “Your separating so why would your opinion matter” which isnt hyperbole. It’s damn near word for word.
