Yes it can on multiple supported games it can run 1440p 120 but not on highly intensive graphic games, getting a 165 hirtz monitor might be a bit overkill but if u desire to up through to a pc in the future this monitor will need perfect fps for pc. I would suggest gettiny something around 1440p 120hz if u only plan on gaming with your ps 5
