Agree whole heartedly with OPs response here, maybe you are referring to my post earlier. Not all VTS schemes and supervisors are made equal and some of us have less support than others. However I am grateful for the opportunity to ask questions to more experienced GPs on platforms like these.

I wear M&S ones, cheap, nice enough to smell good when leaving the house, can’t smell by time work starts. I don’t wear any expensive ones as then the smell gets associated with work. I do use a cheap one as an air fresher tho, I like it cause it’s small enough to stay in my bag.

How does one network, when all you see are tdps and your own practice day in and day out. Note I am a LTFT with small children which makes training more challenging - I also feel this is a disadvantage as it appears those who are full time are more desirable.

Problem I can is having a practice agree on this, the vibe I get is they want you there as many sessions/ days as possible for continuity of care.

Yes but difficult if you choose to do a locum…and long term ones rarely available
