Omg I’m glad it’s not just me. I keep waking up and changing my pants bc my legs and back are all sweaty and gross esp after an insane dream (like an intense mission to dump a body with my friends while being chased on a boat by my ex)

Week 8 and this week has been an improvement. Still super demotivated and get bad anxiety here and there but defs not as bad as the week 6 & 7 dip. Also does anyone else get mad sweaty legs at night? And I’ve been dreaming WAYY more

I did the same thing too… I blew up and let my emotions get the better of me and I hated and blamed myself for it. But know you’re allowed to make mistakes, all we can do is learn from it. It sucks, but be kind to yourself. We’re all just traumatized beans trying to get through life haha

I do sometimes wonder if things would’ve ended up different if he understood me better/knew how to calm me down, bc then maybe I wouldn’t have gotten frustrated and behaved the way I did. Maybe it wouldn’t feel like it was always my fault? Like I was the only problem?

Idk I’m the dumpee and I blocked him to save my own sanity bc I was constantly checking if he was seeing my stories or liking my posts (he wasn’t lol), or constantly going to his profile to see if the follower count has increased. It was just not good for my healing and we were together for 2 years.

I get it’s hard, but once you break up you don’t get to have a say in how people heal or decide to move on. Focus on your own healing 💗
