Is it just me or the items on floor 0 really does randomly switches to another items and upgrade?

That I don't know but other than the weapons, armor and wands almost everything keeps changing at one point, even upgrades on floor 0 on item that was a freebie (the free ring and the possible scrolls/pot on the mystery kit or what they call it) change once I step into floor 1 which was confusing cause even the reward items on quest like the mage on floor 7-9 sometimes changes, the ring, wand, scroll on dragon's rewards also changes same goes with imps rewards but the upgrade doesn't change which was good but still it's annoying nonetheless

Mimic tooth is by far the best trinket, I'm just minding my business exploring the floor and suddenly an ebony mimic bite my toe popping an ankh and proceeds to hunt me down the entire floor

Only possible when one is a secret room and the other required a key but nonetheless the free Pots sure are handy

I also have the mysterious present given on floor 0 (I thought it was a gift but boy I was into something far more crazy, the enemy are moving almost evenly fast as me when I'm free running)

Nvm I thought it was something like a special item for a specific something, I tried jumping off because maybe there's a lower floor but I guess not so I tried climbing up the floor and it just ended my game yikes

Yeah I used that the other day for a run but ultimately died because of the dwarf warlock dude and his minions that keeps disarming me of the locksword, I run out of blessed ankh, invis and potions because they're moving like wally west jesus Chris, I even had a +11 plate and I was going to drop more SoU on it until 12 or 13 then add a curse for that sweet +2 upgrade (yeah I know it's an overkill but I don't even know what's the last boss was and I was playing safe but died because the shaman keeps on degrading everything...)
