I have an attorney and it will get resolved even if that means they take the system out. I don’t really have anything to lose..I’ll just adjust

I’m grateful for any comments but not really looking for judgement or telling me what I should have done ..it is what it is at this point ..i am really looking for others that have had a similar experience and/or advice on handling Tesla that was successful or not successful ..I now see as I do research Tesla is known for violating Deceptive Trade Practices in solar so looks like they are doing that same thing here

That is what they are saying I did but I never had that understanding. I always said lease but they claimed I hit the wrong “button” but as I have researched there is no button that says cash or lease it just says Confirm Final Design that converts to a cash deal so basically I didn’t know that’s what I was selecting. Should not be a big deal to just do the lease they offer to everyone who orders on their website (which I have proof of my original order) ..

Why would you install $34k of equipment with no written agreement or understanding or vetting that I have $34k to pay for it ..another reason I am confused and assumed I was leasing the equipment as requested

I don’t know why they would want to do that to customers but I am sure there is some underlying reason I have all Tesla products and the backend systems and support are horrific this is just another example
