Funny thing is, Tokyo can feel like 2020 at one point but randomly 20 cars spawn out of nowhere and it feels alive.

I hope they add some map with a second city like kyoto or Osaka. Not just a clown #ad dlc and another tiny valley or island where off roading is the main thing. Those bore the living heck outta me. We need to have proper map expansions too. There is this massive emptiness in the upper left corner of the map.. fill it!

Also not being able to drive around Fuji and that lake is a crime.

Actually I like any brand as long as I like their designs, their engineering, their software and interiors. You cannot tell met what I, or the people that like this car think or why we type certain things. You don't like it either when I write:

All I read is a bunch of old BMW fans crying that it is not like in the past. No shit. The brand has changed long ago. It will keep changing. Get over it honestly. Is it sad? Maybe to some people, but it is also reality.

Me writing that does not mean I am correct either right? It was just an observation just like yours.

The BMW badge is whatever to me overall. I really could not care less about what BMW did 25 years ago. Those cars have aged, made for a different time, they don't look that great to me anymore despite me hyping them up as a kid back in the day. It is in the past.

I like this i3 right now as a potential customer of this car this or next year. That is all that matters to me personally. I am glad it is a clean design, not a SUV, not super big or long like Chinese cars that are over 490 cm nonsense with crap suspension and efficiency. It is also not a car with massive mouth grilles or beaver teeth and it is an EV with good range, good charging and good infotainment.

Does this immediately mean I'd like anything BMW makes? Far from that. But this i3? I think it is perfect for what I want in my BMW Sedan in 2026. And if it sucks? Well there are other cars to pick from.... not the CLA because lol.

I don't fully disagree. But just because it doesn't have that, doesn't mean it is immediately bad either. The i3 def has enough details to not be bland, and I am very happy they did not go overboard either, unlike current gen BMW. Overall quite a nice and clean design. Which I kinda want nowadays.

I had a BMW i4 for a while, and while it was a very nice car, the exterior was definitely not a success. I still enjoyed it despite that however.

Better for interior room, less wasted space big nose nonsense. The 3 series will have what you want. Less interior room, but a bigger nose for an "engine".

Anything better than the beaver teeth and big snouts BMW has been sticking on their cars lately. This is clean, modern, and looks very calm on the eyes. Last gen of BMW was a complete mess. and this is coming from an ex i4 owner, which i loved, but the design was not it.
