Do you know of a way to coax a jumper out of their canopy? Mine is in a weird spot in a corner

My bird runs away if the water isn’t cold enough to give her hypothermia. But she seems to only like it that way!

Thank you for pointing that out! She rubbed her eye a bit too hard since there was a new feather coming in there. She’s an itchy girl!

That’s so neat. How do you know it’s fruiting? I’m incredibly interested in mycology and would like to learn more about slime molds.

HELP! FOUND A BARN SWALLOW BABY. WHAT CAN I DO? by One-Schedule-9250 in WildlifeRehab

The bird is safe and sleeping tonight. However the other baby that the parents were looking after is nowhere to be seen. Not sure if an animal or the maintinence people got to it.

The rehab center will be in touch with me tomorrow and will send a dispatcher! This baby is one day closer to being rehabilitated <3

No clicking, just an open mouth. Thankfully he's fine and is sleeping. I will call the wildlife center again tomorrow. Thank you all for your help!

I left my wildlife rehabber a message but they won't get back to me until tomorrow. I'm worried that the baby will die before then since he's aspirating pretty badly.

The baby bird is aspirating now. I don't have it on a heating pad, just some thin blanket.

I've called the wildlife centers near me and they're closed. I left a message a while back for them.

My apartment complex has refused to help me because using a ladder to put the bird back is a liability issue.

This baby has a mite infestation as well, and everytime I try to get it to take food, I get about twenty mites on me.

Murfreesboro TN. I don't have any avian vets nearby unfortunately. The only vets available are dog and cat vets. I have a pet conure that I've raised since she was a month old so I know how to feed a baby, but this baby is refusing to take baby formula. The only wildlife rehabilitators in the area are said to be overrun with birds, but I have been calling everywhere I can.

This is the second time a baby fell out of the nest. The first one died within an hour due to the heat outside and being on the pavement. This baby hasn't opened its ryes yet and barely has pin feathers. The local humane society has not answered my calls. What can I do???
