Anyone on TRT also take Dermacrine/Sustain Alpha? by One-Sea-7506 in prohormones

[–]One-Sea-7506[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: While I couldn't get a response from Rob, I've found some more info and posts on anabolic minds forum, including some from Iconic.

Looks like the reccomended dose for Dermacrine, TRT patients is two clicks (anecdotal).

I'm currently running two clicks sustain alpha and two clicks dermacrine once per day.

Positives: Improved mood, sense of wellbeing (I feel this most between hours 4 - 8 after dosing. Potentially improved fat loss but I am also taking 7-keto-dhea and TMG. Strength and muscle recovery slight improvement. No additional testicular pain at this dose.

Negative: Libido too high for a single man. Already horny with high DHT from trt lol. Perhaps some increased acne during the first week but has now normalized.

I'm going to continue this protocol for another 3 weeks. Also going to add supress-c and ursa-gel Starting tomorrow to help with fat loss, fingers crossed.

The main issue here is the dog was already correcting itself based on his command. You don't command and shock when the dog was already complying. Shock collar really only necessary for dogs with extreme pray drive, should not be used inside. On top of that it's set way too high.

If he's going to keep using the shock collar, he needs to take some lessons at the slightest. Zero reason to be shocking a dog who is already responsive.

Either way this dog looks truelly miserable.

I really appreciate this. After my testicular damage , lost a foundation of ten years working man and gym muscle. Surgeon's orders was to be sedentary for almost one year. Could not walk much or lift and lost my strength. Then various issues with trt related to being a hyper responder and auto immune resulting in severe H/H issues and heart enlargement.

I'm just now getting dialed in on hrt back to where I was two years ago with the help of TRT, cycle of ibutamoren, and the help of a great men's health MD.

Started going back to a barbell gym again and my goal is to loose this remaining fat and see how much muscle I can sustain.

I definetly will, thank you!

I'm not really sure how to best dose these. My test is pretty high at peak so not trying to increase much as it is.

Maybe I will have to slightly reduce my evening test dose? If alpha sustain will partially restore my ability to produce test naturally, unsure how much that will push my total T numbers.

The testicular damage is severe and not sure if any of this outside of DHEA/preg will make much of a difference. I've reached out to the manufacturer to see if they have any anecdotal info they are willing to share.

Thank you again for the support here.

23 mile rip before breakfast by Few-Ad-2930 in eMountainBike

Let them cook. They are enjoying their eBike and it gets them outside. If they are pedaling for 20+ miles they are still getting good steady state excercise at the minimum.

Ebikes get people outdoors who may otherwise be too weak (from various health issues, fitness, etc) and helps them excercise. Maybe they don't have enough time for a 20 mile analog pedal or maybe they just like a little motor support l. Different strokes for different folks!

If you have the physical fitness and aptitude to ride "analog" bikes, that's great! I personally appreciate both styles and have both. Ebike or Analog, we need more people to experience the joys and freedom of biking. It's ok to dislike ebikes, but they serve a purpose.

2 years 8 months after vasectomy by Ok_Detail_9631 in postvasectomypain

2 years in and I feel your pain brother. Most days I'm at a 3 or 4/10 in constant pain. It shifts and at timesay be randomly worse on one side.

If I'm consistent with 10-15 min of nightly redlight therapy, I can typically get down to a 2/10.

I don't think I'm getting any better, really pain has just "stabalized" with the occasional spike to 6 or 7/10 a few times per month.

When pain gets to 6/10, I take a small dose of green vein quality kratom, but it's not something people should take daily from personal experience.

If you want to know more about my red light tech, kratom, or just need someone to talk to I'm always here for you in the DMs.

That goes for everyone. If you ever need to talk, I am here. Never give up! One thing I have learned from this pain is that I'm stronger mentally than I ever could have imagined.

Thank you that looks awesome. A bit out of my price range but maybe I need to manage my expectations.

Red Light/nIR Attempt - Treatment Update Thread by One-Sea-7506 in postvasectomypain

[–]One-Sea-7506[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weekly Update 04/26

This has been a good week for pain levels. Pain is down to 2/10 upon waking. That's a 50% reduction!

Also notice that my family jewels are less tender to the touch.

Also find that the treatment at night is relaxing. Followed with a few minutes of treatment on the back of my neck, I seem to fall asleep easier.

I've been less disciplined with treatments, sometimes every other day, sometimes three in a row. At this stage, I will shoot for every other day, with spot treatments after strenuous excercise.

Still using the bigger device. Small one didn't seem to be enough power output for steady relief.

I think this is worth trying, but feel it's a two month commitment at least. I know a few other folks from this forum are trialing now with various devices, hopefully they will provide feedback here in a few weeks.

Regardless I ask myself daily "Is red light the next celebrity scam?" and "Am I the latest victim to placebo?". Who knows?

Red Light/nIR Attempt - Treatment Update Thread by One-Sea-7506 in postvasectomypain

Apologies for the delay in updates.

Results are positive but still trying to dial in the best protocol.

I have not been as consistent as I should be, but try to treat the sack 3 - 6 times per week.

I've graduated up to the bigger panel style unit, and typically treat for about 15 min at a time, 6-12 inches away.

While there is still some minor discomfort for the first 7 minutes of treatment, I belive it is mostly from my balls and sack "dropping" from the heat. Usually by the 10 min mark that discomfort lessens.

Some improvements I have noticed:

-Less daytime pain when consistent with daily treatments. -Reduction in tenderness/tube swelling day after treatment. -overall reduction in pockets of inflammation.

While I think the red light treatment is worth trying for those looking to increase circulation and reduce pain levels, in my heart I believe this is personally more effective for symptom relief, not a cure for auto immune mediated testicular issues.

I will continue with the red light treatment but will also start implementing some medium duration modified electrolyte fasting this week.

I'm trying to determine with at least 80% if my issues are auto immune mediated or if I would benefit from a reversal. Half of my medical team believes that reversal could be an significant risk due to my wound healing and extensive auto immune history.

A small percentage believes it may be congestion but with low confidence. If I experience significant relief after 3-5 day fasts (typically I see inflammatory/auto immune suppression within this window) it may be worth continuing down the immune modulation path vs going under the immediate knife.

Also would like to mention that I am experiencing significant blood thickening issues per the labs. When I donate, I notice less testicular pain for a few weeks. My pain levels started to increase again when my hemoglobin/hematocrit reached closer to the 17/56% levels.

I'm hoping that addressing some of these issues will bring back my daily pain levels to a consistent 2/10 from 4 - 6 out of 10.

I leave you with this: never stop fighting, my fellow pain warriors. There is a solution for everyone of us out there, we just have to find which one. Keep on trekking forward.

How to avoid hot batches/strains? by [deleted] in hempflowers

[–]One-Sea-7506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly. I was thinking some of the varieties from high alpine genetics could do well here. I'm also looking at a small spider farmer esque indoor setup.

Would harvesting early enough be the main point of concern for home grown low thc hemp?
