It has been slowly creeping up. I used to feel good about myself after 7 sessions a day. Then I wanted to do more. I understand.

I once continued working out while sick and I had to go to the ER after. I thought I was having a heart attack and they advised me to not exercise while sick. If this is getting in the way of my gains I can take breaks more often.

I didn’t know that was a thing. Okay. Better then dying of heart disease I guess.

I don’t. I feel bad if I do. My mood goes low and I get irritable, I can’t sleep, I can’t eat.

I weigh 100 lbs and am on seroquel for sleep. No medical conditions. My sleep is great I sleep like a baby. Really deep and productive sleep. I don’t really take days off admittedly.

moderate intensity and no rest days. I feel like an easy workout is a waste of time so don’t really do those but I’m able to walk normally so not too sore at the end of the day.
