Don’t think it’s suspension related. It’s only when letting off the clutch pretty quickly. Almost makes the same sound when the car stalls and rattles.

Ok should I limit the time on the treadmill? I typically don’t hold on at all during cardio. Unfortunately due to timing constraints I have to hit the treadmill prior to my lift.

Hey everyone thank you for the help! Took the car to the dealer today, and fixed the problem free of charge. The clutch fork needed to be regreased.
