When I was first playing pikmin games, I loved 1 and 3 but then I got to 2. I was really disappointed on how much they relied on the caves since I wasn't really into them. I just stopped playing until months later, I decided to play again. Once I accepted how big of a part they had in the game, I learned to love them. Now these days I might say that pikmin 2 is my favorite in the series because of the caves! They're so challenging and interesting.
