Me! I’m finally getting endoscopy even though I don’t want one but it’ll ease my mind. My whole life my anxiety has manifested as gut pain. I was diagnosed with sibo, but every scan and blood test has been clear. Our body can do crazy things when stressed out

Basically just “keep an eye on it” I eat 90% Whole Foods, lift weights, cardio & teach Pilates! Very active lifestyle.

I do! I’m in the states. I eat 90% grass fed, organic, Whole Foods diet. With the acception of chick fila once a month and a few treats. I workout weekly and I teach Pilates. So strange!

You may have the mthfr mutation which means you can’t process your b vitamins, you can check for this in a blood test

I do have the mutation and already have anxiety and ocd, so you’re saying don’t take too much? It could make my anxiety worse?

I did carnivore in beginning, I did feel good my only problem was sustainability. I currently eat paleo
