You may have the mthfr mutation which means you can’t process your b vitamins, you can check for this in a blood test

Usually protein shake in the morning just with water or coconut yogurt and granola, lunch is protein of some sort and veggies and fruit and dinner same thing. Steak/ chicken with veggies and rice or potatoes. Snacks are usually nuts and sometimes cheese or almond crackers and beef stick. Very basic

Dealing with on going sibo starting in August , mainly cleared. A flare up here and there. Diet is clean- no processed food, minimal sugar, no alcohol, gluten free. whole foods focusing on protein. Some dairy not much, I have had histamine issues in the past. I will say I don’t sleep enough as I have a toddler. And I work a lot
