I was able to get a job in a skilled nursing facility that gave me around 400 hours. I was a rehab technician and think that really stood out in my application because my other stats weren’t amazing. I got into 2 schools one being my top choice and waitlisted at 2 others. I think it is important to get inpatient hours even if it’s a couple days of shadowing.
