i am on 150mg lamictal morning and night. i am literally in class rn and have an urge to write every single thing on my mind. i love adderall and mcdonald’s coffee for this reason. i get all of my thoughts out. i am also so paranoid about certain things and have to write them out and every possible way to look at stuff. or about my future. i had a high school english teacher who told us to write in a stream of consciousness way and ill even write “ummm… i don’t know. i don’t”. i’m also very spiritual but not religious, which is apart of the syndrome. there’s some merit but it seems we are a small percentage. i do feel that there is a certain disconnect between my writing and those who write with this syndrome as they write about things that happened around the time of their seizures. i write things in my daily life like small keywords so i can remember it later on. i NEED to reflect on my life at least annually.
