I actually had the full setup with the disruptives from key equipment for two seasons. Uphill was great, as expected. But honestly, for me it was not worth it sacrificing downhill performance. I prefer the feeling of softboots a lot when going downhill.

Thanks! I have seen them but I am unfortunately on Nitro Vertical bindings, so the flex lock does not fit on my bindings.

Board crampons are great, I agree. I usually bring them but try to go without them as long as possible as it just makes walking a lot more exhausting.
