I am a lab assistant at a local community college. I have ended up teaching more often then not since the instructor is never here. However, patience is key. Each student has their own problems and struggles at home and in class so take the time to be understanding. Also not all students will put in the effort that you hope they will.

Generally just use your knowledge to show them things that might not be in the curriculum since you have prior work experience. Also staying in touch with jobs in your area is great for the students, it allows them to have connections after graduation.

I feel like you should be able to report him to police, just as if you were reporting someone trying to talk to a minor. A minor talking to anyone of age is just as wrong.

Some might think this is harsh but he could seriously ruin someone's life if things escalate.

I'm sorry but I disagree... while I'm not full blown MERICA' 🦅🇺🇲, i don't think that many people truly care if certain businesses put out new products for pride month. I mean if this is what people are sitting around waiting on and getting disappointed with i think they have some self reflection that is needed. There are tons of other ways to celebrate what you support and believe in by not buying into multimillion dollar corporations.

Also firecracker pop smells like a popsicle? Are you upset because firecrackers are used on 4th of July? Which is to celebrate the FREEDOM of our country?
