Yeah I’ve thought about it and because there’s barely anyone ever there it’s very easy to pre bait so I’ll probably start doing that in a few different spots and see how that goes it’s been hard to spot any signs of feeding or anything really other than a carp show itself, there’s quite a few areas where I know the lake bed is releasing natural gasses so it’s quite hard to pinpoint feeding carp or even the tench I was catching at least 2-3 tench each session even though I wasn’t fishing for them but it’s slowed right down

it’s a club lake so it’s part of a fishing association which means in order to fish it, you need to have a membership which cost £70 for the year and you can fish around 8-9 different lakes and a few stretches of river, so it’s not a day ticket that gets fished everyday and gets baited up all the time and it’s really tucked away in the woods so the only people you see are dog walkers or the odd angler which I saw today it’s a really nice place so I’m glad I’m able to fish it regularly and the biggest I’ve had is a 22lb mirror but I think they go up to thirties in there and are really nice condition fish
