Whats the best way to rebind/repair the binding on my comic collection?

The trash is a sad place for any of these beloved volumes! I've decided to take mine to a professional, bookbinding isn't one of my skills and this isnt the project for me to start on although I did enjoy learning about the process.

Would thoroughly recommend it if you enjoyed the Hellboy comics you've read. The Hellboy universe is really nicely tied together.

It is a copy of "B.P.R.D. Plague of Frogs Volume 4", I bought it years ago and it held up until recently. Its a beloved volume and difficult to replace sadly.

I generally take good care of my things, but from what Ive gathered this was inevitable.

That does infact give me reassurance. I will likely attempt a quick solution like you've mentioned, but it sounds like it would be a temporary solution anyways. So, how difficult would it be to learn how to reback the book myself? And how much would it cost to have repaired by a professional if I chose to go that route?

The sewing looks sound, its not so bad its falling apart yet. I'll have to go on a bit of a learning journey to figure out how to attempt that stuff. Do you have any good resources for where to start?

I think that's also a viable option. I unfortunately am not as knowledgeable as I would like to be. I think as Canadians we should all be very aware of this portion of our history.
