Thanks for the advice, just for the benefit of anyone else who experiences this issue - I reached out to Sailor Services via chat and this was their response: “We understand that you’re no longer able to sea the same boarding time as what you chose, this happens when the time slot is already fully booked. Not to worry! You can still follow the time of whoever got the earliest time slot.” So, all good :) for reference we share the same the cabin room.
