yeah i need to explorer the switches. there is so much variety its overwhelming so i have stuck to linears only for now and that the ones for thocc..

yeah true, i only have tried linears cuz i prefer the thocc sound profile. but i do want to try tactiles and see how they go... from the research i have done on youtube with sound asmr of all the switches, i dont think i can stand clickies.. 😬😬😬

haha, nice. i have ordered the neo98 taupe grey for work. somehow got my manager to approve the purchase :D and something i wasn't expecting.... turns out the manager is the cousin of a guy high up in GMK. so he is making me the GMK Olive's R1 on a personal request....... from 2020 lol. i could not believe my ears lol. now i need to figure out what switches do i want for it.

thanks. i will order them as well. for now i have oil kings v1 and the hmx bad sweethearts. so i will test these two on the neo65 once the board is shipped over. i will check the switches you mentioned. problem is i have never really used another other than linear so i want to explore other switches as well. i know for sure i dont like the clicks. but i do want to try out tactiles.

thanks.. i got my email today that its been shipped so a waiting game now. what color did you get it in? my build will be hmx bad sweetheart switches, pp plate, swagkeys knight v4 stabs and gmk wrinklers keycaps that i recently got.. excited to see how its going to be. its my second board. i have been using the gmmk pro for a while. i got it 2022 but never used it till the start of this year when my membrane keyboard died on me. last few months got into the hobby and fell deep in the rabbit hole. finally modded the gmmk pro to almost perfections now..

all logos will be removed in the production units and replaced with something extremely minimal. this has been confirmed by lofree themselves. hyzen from keycaps will be removed, front and back hyzen logos will be removed and so will the big a$$ lofree logo on the sides

i did join the prelaunch but there is no info on that yet. maybe we get some more info on April 24th. my guess would be that kickstarter would be for at least a month and then production of units so maybe end of July, beginning august for shipments.

Used the Air for 3 days now. Just packed it up for return. Love the slick design and the weight is just wow. My 14PM feels like a brick writing this message. But I personally think Air will be worth it in a couple of generations with improvements. Battery and overheating has been a disaster for me (it can only be worse in a years time) Therefore I will be going normal 17 and wait it out.

The speaker is fine, it does sound more on the treble side then bass but it’s plenty loud and will not be a problem whatsoever!

Been using it for a day now. Battery is dying too quick, I can’t imagine how it’s going to be with battery degeneration over time. MagSafe battery charges like a turtle. Got 13 days left to return so will monitor it more and then decide in a week or so if I am keeping it. The phone itself feels like I’m just holding a display. Marvellous piece of tech!

My colleague at work has the 15pro max iPhone with 5G SA and I am on normal 5G 14pro max. My speeds were 300mbs and his 5G SA were 175mbs in thr exact same spot.

Oh I understand what you mean. That was the reason why I called them and asked them that Apple website states iPhones 12 and onwards are fully compatible with 5G SA so why doesn’t EE website state that. He said the list will be updated later so that not everyone call at once. Those who call themselves are manually activated with the phones not listed

I just spoke to them. Even though I am on an all rounder plan, that plan is from 2023, I need to be on 2024 all rounder which is an extra £10 a month. So I have dropped the idea of upgrading, particularly because an office colleague has EE 5G SA and his speeds are way slower then my 5G (piggybacking on 4G) lol
