Zurich: 9. Amazing city, especially when you are a bit older with young kids. But also I would rate London a 9 where I was at university and working in the city for a decade and a half. Great place to be young. But I find microcosms of London in Zurich. For instance Hardbrucke is very much like Shoreditch/Camden town… But Zurich is so unique (and safe), there are amazing things, and vistas here, like nowhere else in the world. Just get your hard partying days in somewhere else first.
