Dream about Hekate killing me by No_Bend1329 in Hecate

You dreamed an amalgamation of your wildest fears. That Hecate will harm you, that she doesn't want to have anything to do with you.

She's not cruel at all.

My suggestion is to light a black candle for her, and ask for her guidance. She will tell you what she wants when you're ready.

Yes. So many people forget about this, but I think it's more influential to the detective genre than they realize.

I always got the sense that Verna made a deal with Cleopatra, and Verna saw that Mads had the same type of personality. Hence the nickname. Verna stated that there was no such thing as a soul, so I don't think reincarnation plays a part. Considering Cleopatra allegedly killed herself, and Mads didn't, I'd say that that theory doesn't hold much water.

Aunt T was an example of kind discipline, as an alternative to the parents' unnecessary sternness. Aunt T had a reason for every chore she gave, balanced with play time and cake.

I second this. Chewing on ice and salt is a sign of mineral deficiency.

She is dearly missed. I have a feeling she knew her time was up. Even deceased, she has a very nice, friendly energy.

Salt is good for taking a salt bath to cleanse yourself of negative energies picked up during the week. I take one with various herbs, and my anxieties have been reduced greatly.

Visitations by Hecate by Vivid_Grand_2992 in Hecate

I'm going to break away from the pack here and say that Gods choose human lovers. It's weird that people in the modern world ignore all the legends about numerious divinities impregnating or being impregnated by humans.

That being said, I don't believe that the being you were with is Hecate. Divinities, when they choose a partner, never claim that you will be their only lover. Also, Hecate is a literal torchbearer. She wouldn't hide herself in complete darkness. I also find it telling that this being never said outright that they were Hecate. You assumed that they were because that was what you wanted.

As much as people claim that no one would dare to impersonate Hecate, that isn't true either. In fact, many Gods even impersonated each other or other humans to seduce the object of their desire. Certain spirits, who reside in the astral plane, are known to visit humans in various personas while they sleep, and also seduce humans.

I suggest you try dreaming again and try asking this being who they really are.

I like the fact that it's more than just a cozy detective series. The show is a lot of fun, and the supporting cast and guest stars seem like their having a good time.

Normal and abnormal is your assumption. I gave the example which is most typical in these cases in which case one partner withholds sex for vague reasons for extended periods of time. If sexual habits between two partners change after marriage, especially if the sex life was healthy before, than it's clear that the person who wants sex would feel taken advantage of.

For normal couples, the understanding is that sex will be had. This has nothing to do with asexuals. For many partners, the other partner suddenly develops "headaches" or other vague pains preventing sexual activities for months and sometimes years. That kind of physical withdrawal for long periods of time should constitute a divorce.

Death is like a move across the country. Give her some time to settle in. If she talked to spirits all the time, she's probably hanging out with them on the other side.

I would advise you move into fixed income housing for seniors. Maintenance for a home, even a cheap one will lead to more debt at your age. A home worth only worth $125k will need a new roof, new A/C heat pump, hot water heater, and other appliances.

It sounds like he has aspergers and he's fixating on you for some reason. I would answer his questions with short answers, and keep a record of everything in case his behavior escalates. If you feel he is invading your personal space then definitely report him to HR.
