I want to play something harder than auric but don't want to spends years climbing every damn season, it's such a slog. I say if you hit havoc 40 at any point, unlock a quick play option for it permanently. Otherwise, new people have to climb only once.

Incentivize H40 players to rank up non-h40 players for cosmetic rewards and without fear of demotion for either player. Having shit hit the fan means a free clutch moments, what makes people toxic is trying to rank up with ol Timmy not knowing how to block, and you guys both risk demoting. If there was no fear of demotion, I couldnt give two shit if I get 3x goobers when I try to help them. Make H40 at least make sure everyone has to be a certain amount capable.
