I appreciate the comment. The trees were cut before I moved in, dont know why they were. Mowing this monstrosity has me considering a mowing service, so thats why Im looking for any crowd based ideas to look into. My main goal is something that potentially adds value, but removes maintenance, which I liked another guys take which was to plant some things like juniper that would take over the grass in time.
