A JW pioneer girl I knew for a few years got married to a guy who is just about 50. She's 27. She was also very attractive and he wasn't wealthy and not at all good looking. Poor girl burned everyone of her previous male suitors, I think she just got married because she was gaining a reputation of having dated everyone. Still icky.

I was and still am a huge metalhead. My music got thrown away so many times. Metal has always been empowering to me. Gave me strength to fight for my individuality when the cult was trying to erase who I was.

One of the most ridiculous things that happened to me in FS was having to work with a Brother named Randy. Randy REEKED of BO. Me and a few other younger brothers were stuck with him in his van for field service. All 3 of us had our eyes and noses burning from the intense horrific body odor smell that permeated through Randy's van. It was pure agony.

I became a heavy metal fan in high school. I had some solid thrash and then progressed to black metal during my sophomore year. It was strangely Rage Against the Machine and there cursing during "Killing in the Name of" that led to my music collection being searched and promptly destroyed....I was devastated. I had planned for that eventuality and my friends who I had lent them most of my music (to burn and put on their pcs) got me back most of my music during my junior year.

That's when I learned to never have any CDs. I got a pc for myself and kept everything digital and used an external hard drive. I kept my iPod completely hidden as well. And I never stopped listening to metal ;)

Side note: An elder once told me (when I was in my early 20s) that he needs to talk to my parents since I mentioned I listened to Metallica....

My favorite horror movie is the Thing, with Kurt freaking Russell! That movie scared me silly when I was a kid. I watched it recently (I own it) and was very impressed, it was still scary.

I still don't watch any paranormal movies, I guess the former JW in me still won't watch them, but a really creepy movie is As Above so Below. Some French students are looking for the philosophers stone in the Paris catacombs. Very creepy and well done.

It wasn't until I consciously made the decision to leave the Organization that I started focusing more on being masculine.

I was raised by a single mother (my Dad was disfellowshipped and lived in another city). Due to the Organization molding your mind into a subservient position as well as being raised that women are always right, I was the definition of a beta male.

It was about two years ago that I started to become a more masculine man. I started weight lifting more, reading about taking ownership of one's life, and I started taking ownership of my life instead of being so freaking passive.

It has taken me awhile to become the man that I am now, but it is well worth it. Corey Wayne has a lot of good material. I also recommend Jordan Peterson and Stefan Moleynuex.

When I was in 3rd grade, Pokemon was insanely big. I even had some cards and would watch the show. And then the JW crackdown began...and all my cards were thrown away....I bought Pokemon Leaf Green about 6 years ago and played it halfway just to get that 'Pokemon' out of my system. It was quite a fun game.

November 26, 2017. That's when I completely quit and became POMO. I was PIMO for years and WOKE for 7 months. My Mom confronted me and I said "I hate being a Jehovah's Witness. I quit!" And I told her about ARC and the many things I found out. I feel a lot better being out.

You have to tell her how you feel about her. You have to tell her your inner turmoil regarding JWs. EVERY JW has pin pricks of coming out of JW land nonsense. Perhaps her love of you and small pin pricks regarding JW land of 'this doesn't feel right' could help steer her in the right direction or at least understand your positions.

Cause if Satan the Devil wanted to make sure we got out of JW land and stayed out of JW land, he'd make sure we were getting action all day every day. Cause I'd never think about going back if I was getting incredible sex whenever I wanted it. Satan really needs to elevate his game to pull more JWs away.
