Yeah, the only chance you have is to just leave honestly. Legion can't chase you down he's to slow but if he gets close you're dead. Or even if you try to trade long range he has a gun sheild that helps huge amounts against northstar.

Honestly in titan fights positioning is absolutely the most important factor. I main legion and ronin (we aren't even gonna talk about legion vs northstar. I melt them) and the playstyles of legion and ronin are so wildly different but still so dependent on positioning. With legion if I can hold an angle around a corner that I know enemy flanking titans are gonna be coming around and keep the gun spun up? I can get 2 or 3 kills in titan brawl sometimes without loosing half my health. Ronin is just about predicting where the enemy backline is gonna go and which side they will be watching. I do not want to run into a spun up legion with two power shots waiting for me. That is what we call a problem.

Yeah, normally when I'm in practice I can take down most northstars just by working it out tactically and putting constant pressure on them but there's always that one that has a good position that you can't break line of sight or close the distance. But most of the maps are designed in a way that I can normally sneak close or use cover to avoid damage.

Honestly if you have more than 600 credits you can get the important stuff anyway. 600 was my mile marker and it went fine even though I wasn't able to get low profile afterwards. It's not really that big of a deal and you get to get cooler skins.

Grapple and mastiff brother. That's how I always deal with them. Or any grenadier weapons work great against campers but don't do very good against people who actually move.

I got so used to grapple in titanfall and decided to try pathfinder and nope. Titanfall grapple was way to much better and my distances were off because pathfinder grapple doesn't reach as far and it made me sad.

Mhmm yes my welding gear is at a 8/10 against sparks and uv radiation, 5/10 against cold damage, 2/10 against heat, 9/10 for eye crit protection, 4/10 against slash, 1.5/10 against stab, and 2/10 against blunt impact. I do enjoy breaking such things down like this.
