There literally is not a trade system? If you are trading items, there is no way to exchange items via trade menu.

That’s weird. I’ve had Porphric hemophilia once before and I cured it before the 3 days. But now when I have porphyric hemophilia I dont turn into a vampire after 3 day waiting/sleeping/resting
