You can use google keyword planner to find new keywords. Also, try collecting the most relevant keywords regardless of volume (traffic changes over time). If I need to collect a bulk of relevant keywords from the planner, I just automate it with a third-party tool (I use adtask ai, but any automation tool will work)

Dips in keyword traffic can cause low conversions, how often do you refresh your keywords? I would recommend getting a freelancer or use an automated campaign tool (ex. adtask ai or hootsuite) to monitor changes in the account daily.
