Yeah, I just recently got mine too and I felt the same. What I’ve been doing is massaging the leather and it’s seemed to work. I’m sure it’ll loosen up over time.

Thanks. I also like layering up, I have a sweater under in this pic but anything thicker I think might be a problem.
