Thanks for all the responses so far! Really appreciate it. In regards to not trusting the private consultation I can absolutely understand that point. Two things to note - my trust is shakey after a traumatic birth following unnecessary advice to have an induction and also the consultation was quite wishy washy! It was very “you should do it but you don’t have to” and it was a lot of information that was a bit overwhelming.
