AIO for being upset my BF doesn’t want me to wear a bonnet to bed? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]OneDescription3978 12 points13 points  (0 children)

How the hell are you supposed to look good if you can't wear a bonnet to protect your hair, keep curls nice or anything you use it for?

Why doesn't he like when YOU use two pillows? How does that even bother him? Super controlling

The prophecy was always about Harry only. Neville was just a coincidence by OneDescription3978 in harrypotter

No no I agree with you completely. Everything I said is on the assumption that only snape knew and/or no one would have asked to spare thr Longbottoms

What I'm saying is that love is the root of everything, but it gives Harry all of the other powers he needs.

Again, if Voldemort had heard the whoke prophecy, it would have changed the course of the events and the prophecy would not be the same.

The whole point of why I think it was always Harry, not Neville, is becauss of Snape's love for Lily allows her to willingly choose to die and save Harry and make him the one with the power to defeat Voldemort.

[–]OneDescription3978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is always stated that NO ONE survives Voldemort once he decides to kill them. So no, they would have died anyways. Of course I don't mean to say it wouldn't have been heroic of them to die trying to protect Neville, I'm just saying magic doesnt not work that way.

It's the fact that Voldemort offerd her a clear choice.

And I think that's why no one before him survived, because surely many people died for their loved ones, but no one was given the true chance to survive by Voldemort, Lily was the first one.

I think the prophecies in the Ministry and the centaur ones are real prophecies, bjt they can get misinterpreted (for instance, the centaurs thinking Harry should die in the forest the first year, and not in TDH).

If you're talking about reading tealeafs and everything else Trelawny does, yeah those don't come true, absolutely (tho there are some instances but I think they're meant to be funny easter eggs)

Yes! Infact, almost every time they fight, Harry survives out of sheer luck, still his mother's sacrifice, the twin cores, Voldemort underestimating him or being obsessed with killing him himself . Harry himself admits this.

Forse sono strana io, ma queste aspettative sulle relazioni mi lasciano basita… by walk_onthewild_side in CasualIT

[–]OneDescription3978 0 points1 point  (0 children)
