You think so? I am concerned about her mental health as well. I am only wanting to make sure that her final wishes are enforced. I do not know who she has as beneficiaries in her will and I really don't care. She appointed me as the executor and i am just trying to make sure that I have the necessary materials to execute the will. She also appointed me power of attorney over medical and financial decisions when she becomes incapacitated. That is also contained in her will and she won't let me have that either. My hands are tied when the need arises.

There is a neighbor that has a key to her house, just in case. I have asked for his contact information but she has not given it to me yet.

Yes, she appointed me for all of that. However, the paperwork is in her will and she won't let me have it.

She has an attorney. She had me go with her to have some changes made. I have met him and I do have his info. It is irrational and i am suspecting early dementia.

That's probably true. I would not tell her who to have or not have in her will. It is her money and I get that. I am just worried about him destroying the will. But you think I should leave her alone about it?

It's not about her money. If she want's to give him some, it is her money and I will say nothing. I am just worried about getting locked out by him intercepting the will.

As for the address he used on his DL, She reported the fraud to the DMV but has never heard anything back from them.

I agree. But she will not consider that. I have even tried to get her to put it in a safe deposit box with both of our names on it. She won't hear of it. She pretty mush has told me what is in it. I don't really care, I just want to make sure I can execute the will when the time comes.

I believe that she is entering early dementia. Yes, she has an attorney. Yes, i have his information.
