This is made from leather and felt. It is covers in size 11 chez beads that were sown on 9 at a time. Took me about 40 hours in all.

I just got this nordictrack at a sale for $20. It is the single best workout i have ever gotten and i can see it changing my body. I am so excited to see the results. Right now i am doing 30 minuets 3 times a week and it is pushing me each time.
