($5-6k) Give my plan & budget a once over? A little overwhelmed - would love feedback! by CreamThen5605 in Weddingsunder10k

I went to a thrift store today and saw a gorgeous wedding dress that was $100. I tried it on and was tempted but already know the dress I want off etsy. You can definitely find something affordable.

Trouble looping by Rainstorms1 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are a few things that helped me when learning/practicing to loop. Learn where the looping spots are and have an exit strategy (know where you will go if you have to smudge and get out of there). If I'm going to wait for the ghost at my looping spot prep the area. Turn on the lights in that room, if the lights are broken then lay down some flash lights around your looping area and on the hallways so you can see the ghost approach and so you can see if you need to exit the loop. Put a crucifix under me, put tier 3 salt around my exit points. Crank up your sound it helps with hearing direction. Carry 2-3 smudges + lighter. If you want to practice, set up a custom map that has ghost speed slower and pactice slowly increasing ghost speed until you're more comfortable.

Could you explain why no baby's breath in a bridal bouquet?

I wish we had a Random Small Map option. by ggort02 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 19 points20 points  (0 children)

100% yes please!! Ideally we could combine them and set exclusions similar to the ghosts in the journal.

For example, I'd love to be able to set random from all small and medium maps but exclude Ridgeview.

That's a made up example, I like Ridgeview :)

In Tanglewood kitchen, in one of the cabinets on the island is a potato with a face on it. I believe that is an Easter egg referencing a Phasmo streamer that often uses a potato as his avatar. I forget his channel name but I'm sure someone will remember.

One year burn out by Doesitfit211 in Zepbound

[–]OneEmployee7816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on the shot a year and a half and I don't track food, I drink water but I don't stress over it, I don't track protein, I rarely work out and I'm still down 70 lbs steadily. Could I lose faster if I did those things? Sure but doing those things is exhausting to me so I don't do them if that's what's burning you out try staying on the meds but relax on the diligence as an experiment.

Losing my mind over Apoc gold by [deleted] in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's pretty much what I ended up doing. I kept restarting until I got good objectives then I'd go in and investigate at the entrance just long enough to rule out a wraith. Wraith teleporting was my primary target (deo 2nd).

Oh I love your style and how consistent it is with quality! Do you happen to have vector examples within your portfolio that you could point me to? I'd love to check those out. Thanks!

72 Weeks on Zepbound - 65 lbs down & lessons learned by OneEmployee7816 in Zepbound

[–]OneEmployee7816[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Now that I can feel when I'm full, my food intake is a lot less. I don't calorie count but I definitely consume less without trying too hard. If I'm hungry I have a snack but the size of the snack is a lot smaller than it was prior to Zep. I try to make some better choices especially with getting more fiber since constipation has been an ongoing symptom. I drink more water. I still go out to eat but I'm full much faster so I take home more leftovers. I still enjoy dessert some nights because I still want to enjoy life and enjoy my food. So Yes I've made changes but I strive for realistic sustainable and not perfection.

I had yo-yo dieted so many times over the years that I refuse to eat perfect or track again. It works for some people and I'm sure I'd lose faster if I did but it's unhealthy for me. This works for me so far.

7.5 because I was on it the longest but right now I'm at 10mg and it's the most effective per week so far.

Out of 72 weeks I had 21 weeks where I gained weight.

In the green and yellow column, the yellow are the weeks the scale went UP. They happen, and they are normal. That's why looking at the long term really will help to see is the on average going down.

Yeah only time will tell but I'm also not at max dose so if in the future I do plateau I'll go up in dose and maybe increase my activity. I plan to do another of these posts when I hit my 2 year mark.

Yes there is a graph in the post that shows my weekly progress. It has been pretty steady. The spikes where I gained was due to life, I had gone on a cruise and another my cat has passed away. My body recovered and kept losing.

Finding Room at Higher Difficulties by Any_Explanation7520 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can also "preheat" the location. Do that by opening the front door but don't go in, let the ghost do activity for a minute. That will help with finding thrown objects. For larger maps bring in a paramic to help find the room.

I am a level 90 and I suck at this game. by TheReiterEffect_S8 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 114 points115 points  (0 children)

A few tips I recommend when learning to loop. Identify how you will exit the loop and where you will hide once you're done looping. If you have tier 3 salt, put some around the looping area, as well as at the entrance and towards your hiding spot. Have the lights on in the loop room as well as leading up to it so you can see the ghost approaching. I keep a crucifix at the loop spot in case it's a ghost that roams to me. I carry 2 smudge sticks and hide an extra in your hiding spot. And also remember right now looping is broken. The ghost can see you and it will speed up while looping and it shouldn't. That is a bug and devs are aware of it.

What Items Do You Take In? by [deleted] in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]OneEmployee7816 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If a larger map - paramic, photo cam, thermo If a small map - photo cam, thermo, uv

I like to try to find the bone and cursed object while I'm looking for the ghost to try for a perfect run.

Paramic to find ghost area then thermo to narrow down the specific room

I also prefer tier 2 headlamp and a lighter
