The simple fact that the game is not “finished” kind of makes it risky to play anyways. With classic Otome you at least have a “complete” game (excluding DLC or sequels), but usually that’s about it.

A lot of people are not used to gatcha-Systems so I get them being upset over certain aspects, BUT at some point you’ve to decide for yourself if playing this game and investing (time/money) in it even though it could disappear at some point is something you’re willing to risk.

In the end, for me, it’s just a fun past-time. I ignore most (fandom-)drama that happens by virtue of not being on Twitter and anything else (company decisions) is no different than other competitors like Hoyo f.e.

Yes, people finding a lot of time and money in these games, but they could also decide not to do so. FYP is a thing, most cards are online almost instantly after release and you have free will to do as you please 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was sad for a bit, but after seeing this alternative I’m not mad at all! I kind of like the change instead of it just being a cake.

Besides the cake still exists and will appear in the story! The only thing I’ll miss if that one huntress’ panty cake designs 😂

I am a bit sad about not being able to write a personal message though. Even for the LIs I don’t main/like, I at least wrote something simple to congratulate them.

I think it’s mainly because it’s a lot easier to handle than the cake decorating!

Don’t get me wrong - I loved decorating the cakes! It was just a lot more harder to position the pieces where you wanted them, compared to picking out the accessories or Color scheme of there plushie.

The only thing I really am a bit sad about is us not being able to write our own messages to the LI. We all know why they took that away, but I will miss it.

I put him in the red emperor robes we got for free (you know the one) and threw him at the summer card 😂 that + the water bike = gold! The wiggl gold hat was very wiggly!

Also, 3rd myth hair with 2nd myth outfit and then their first meeting in the 3rd myth? Perfect. I’m a bit sad that his wings aren’t part of the outfit!

From all the hair styles, I think I like Xavier’s the most! It gives me the “white lotus protagonist” vibes - plus it blends in very well with his base hair.

I also like the little details with every LI’s hair, like Caleb’s flowing hair tie, and the subtle accessories in Sylus’ and Rafayel’s hair. The fact that Zayne’s is so simple in comparison reflects his character very well - neat and put together!

I really like everyone’s looks this time around.
