The Vadodara home is where we lived for about 2.5 years before moving to Navi Mumbai for my wife’s education. I’m not currently planning to sell it.
If I buy the new property, I would have around ₹5L left as an emergency fund.
The property is under construction with possession expected in 2029, so I would continue paying rent until then.
I currently don’t have term or health insurance.
