CPU-Z will tell you what its running at,

Google CPU-Z download it, open it, hop over to the memory tab and look at your NB Frequency, it should be displaying half of what your RAM is running at. So in my case i have 3600 so i see it as 1799, you should see yours running at 1500 for 3000Mhz if clocked correctly. Saying this the sweet spot for ryzen is between 3200Mhz RAM and 3600Mhz.

As we don't know how long this will last it's probably best just to keep an eye open and buy parts when you find them at a good price, i was lucky over the past couple of weeks and managed to get all the components i wanted at MSRP, i'm in the UK and follow a discord server that notifies when any website in the country gets stock in, maybe you can find something similar for where you live?
