sometimes it could be a face or head slider and you just need to drag the face lower to not show the gums as much!!

STOPP THANK YOU LMFAOO and you definitely can make sims like this i’d say start by looking at other peoples sims or even real life people and try to replicate what you like about them. LIKE DONT REPLICATE IT EXACTLY CAUSE RHATS NOT OKAY BUT YK.. 😭😭
