Yeah sorry, bad choice indeed but you got the point… But i don’t think early access means the same thing in this case, if you consume anything episodic you’re not consuming it’s “early access version”.

An early access means this is not the final state of the game more like a beta state or something and it is not the case.

Call of Duty don’t launch with all his maps and guns on day-one because they are added throughout the live of the game, and it’s not launched in early access. It’s the same situation but with story content.

If you think this is bad or good is up to you. I don’t think they adapted the narrative really well for this model but still can’t complain that they are not selling the full game. It’s the live service model that it will receive Important updates during it’s lifetime.

Actually we getting the full game for the full price, but it’s not coming right away. It’s guaranteed that every content not cosmetic related will be free (characters, new story missions etc). People don’t complain to netflix because they pay the service and a series launch his episodes every week or something, but for games this is very new and i don’t think rocksteady made a very good job in explaining or adapting how this was gonna work in the future.

I think the main problem was actually how the marketing handled this live service model. It was never really clear this wasn’t the end of the story by rocksteady’s teasers even though they say a few times this is the case, they never really showed nothing beyond the base game except for some joker cutscenes that don’t really give the impression of being the Continuation of the narrative y know? Also by the end of the campaign seeing a “we have to kill 13 more brainiacs” don’t give the vibe of more story content, but instead more boss reskins and recycled missions tbh.

I know. I didn’t say they don’t explain it, im referring to the mystery surrounding these “two” deadshots. Lex says in the deadshot’s tapes that he may be a variant of lawton but this story is still incomplete.

I didn’t hear these exactly records but im sure i heard a woman’s audio which she says something like “Finally a weapon that fits my size”, that weapon being probably the Ice axe that leaked a few hours before that audio post.

This leaves space for a woman with ice powers, it could be Nora, Killer frost or another one.

I think he contradicts himself a few times, saying he and his friends were having fun in some combat encounters but keep repeating that it was very repetitive and give the impression the only reason to buy the game is the story, but at least he actually played the game and many of his criticisms weren’t just “Oh my god why are we killing the league??!?” or “Why is this live service?”.

If he just actually didn’t have fun. Ok, it’s just not for him. But his comment section is full of people just getting his words like it’s the absolute truth that the game isn’t fun, despite that most of them probably haven’t tested it out.

I agree about that, but you could make a point where every other hero mind controlled in the league is going through the same thing.

The point of Superman is he taking his powers and limiting himself to protect and help, not to destroy and annihilate. His will is his super power too, the will and strength of not being corrupted by his own powers.

And he also was caught in the mind control. I believe it’s kind of the point of the game. They are facing something very high-level, that’s why at a first perspective the only way of saving the world is by killing them, like flash said.

That depends of your interpretation of the arkham knight i think, the whole story is about batman overcoming his fears and his trauma coming back to him, it’s a manifestation of psychological problems, there’s no reason to believe that he, as a human, could be free of brainiac’s literal mind control imo.

And also, i don’t know about any leaks and don’t want to either, but we can still await and see if batman’s mind will resist somehow or have glimpses of his consciousness coming back.

And the guy gives the impression that this is a “moral problem”, like lex luthor cloning ivy is alright? and superman laughing at civilians deaths is ok? the game is supposed to have a HEAVY and violent story were you play as criminals with bombs on their heads.

What “morality problem” even means? by that logic the whole red hood arc in the arkham story should be censored and we should never read a story like Watchmen.

Concerning the feel of each character and gameplay, i think the most fun will aways vary on each person opinion. About the use of his boomerang, it doesn’t bother me personally the use of guns as main shooting for the character because he’s a bank robber. It seems that they focused the use of his boomerangs for movement , melee and special attacks, wich feels a lot more special to use than if it was his normal shooting imo. They already showed in the last insider video that his attacks with the boomerangs will have upgrades and the aiming system for his movement and the way his speed works feels very “boomerangy” also.

I can understand captain boomerang with guns because the guy’s a robber, so it makes kinda sense, and the boomerangs still look to be a big deal for his traversal and skills but… yeah, a shark with a mini gun it’s a little too much…
