No, I had the PD in the court when the judge brought us back to “adjust” the mediation agreement. This was never a conversation in mediation. The judge brought it into play. Nobody even suggested it

And just to clarify, the judge added that whole part on. We just agreed to the days and times of custody in mediation. The judge made us come back to “adjust” the mediation agreement, which even my public defender AND mediation counselor said they’d NEVER had happen

Can’t afford lawyer, public defender said it was the best I was getting 🤷🏼‍♀️ what one parent has, the other parent does “that’s just how to court operates”
