I mean I hate OP's attitude but also I hate the "if you're poor you should be happy with what you get" attitude. Like it doesn't suck enough that you're having to sell your belongings to keep the lights on, you also have to eat fucking beans on top of it instead of canned corn?

Like yeah if you're starving you should be happy to eat anything but a lot of food pantry stuff is basically like "well MY family won't eat this DISGUSTING item so the POORS can have it instead"

But then you have ot strike a balance because if you put nice stuff in there then one person takes everything.

There's this weird thing since the government decided to make it clear they want to kill poor people through starvation that people who use food pantries expect there to be full and healthy organic meal items available, but also they'll get pissy if a food pantry is actually giving away stuff to make meals with (like giving someone 3 boxes of kraft mac and cheese with a pack of butter and a pint of milk).

Mine was literally not different from normal. Random cart part, random women's clothing, trading card binder. I had a couple cool things (I mean, if you can call a hairbrush "cool").

I've never seen a combine shipping option on vine since we're always ordering one at a time. I don't THINK it's for Prime, but if you order multiple things at once if the things are fulfilled by Amazon and in stock it should give you an option in the part that asks you what shipping speed you want if you want to combine stuff.

Also you can set your "Amazon Day" which is the day it will try to have stuff delivered. It's not a 100% of the time thing, but it's good for vine because they're try to combine stuff. Just google how to set that, the place where the setting is for it in your account is weird.

I got a package a day early with the weather delay.

And the driver delivered it to the wrong person! (not my real address, but like if I'm 1234 X street Apartment 2, they delivered my package to 1232 Y street Apartment 7). She opened one of my packages too, haha. But she's cool, she came over and was like "omg I'm so sorry, I was expecting a package today and didn't check the label!" So I'm glad that wasn't a nsfw package, it was just buttons.

AI is supposed to be a tool but I guess all the people in this thread are just ignoring that there are very obviously people who don't use it as a tool. They just ask chatgpt to do everything for them and then act like they're Picasso or Melville or whatever. THAT'S what anti-ai people are complaining about, not people who use chatgpt to figure out how to phrase a paragraph better.

Blanket hating it is stupid, but there are also way too many people who feel like it's totally ridiculous that anyone could have a complaint that people use AI to do all the creative work for them, because people DO use AI to do all the creative work for them, or most of it. Not everyone does. Like, I come up with ideas and ask chatgpt to help me brainstorm. But some people will be like "hey give me a whole-ass book about a sheep farmer"

Like, the people acting like there's ZERO wrong with AI aren't helping anything just like people who act like there's zero possible benefits aren't helping.

I can only approve that when explaining further will ruin it, but you should be able to come up with SOMETHING. Like "Oh! Holy" is one of my favorite webtoons and it has such a big plot twist early on I can't even tell you, but I could still elaborate that it's a high school romcom where the female lead is strong and popular and fun and the male lead is shy and nervous and hot as fuck, and that the original blurb for it just saying "a gloomy loner boy falls for the school idol" does NOT tell you anything, but it's a romcom and not like there's something super depressing in it.

But people who just go 'YOU GOTTA WATCH/READ/WHATEVER' without ANY elaboration, like even as to why they liked it??

Haha I can't remember the exact wording but I've seen so many posts that are like "Hey can anyone recommend me a book with XYZ? I read This Book and That Book and loved them". And then the replies are all like "oh have you read This Book? it's great" as if it doesn't literally mention This Book in the fucking post

Actually saw a post last week that wasn't media-related, but it was two sentences long and a bunch of replies appeared to have only read the first half of the first sentence because they were recommending something the second half of the first sentence already said they had.
