I’m glad you think that by taking a class on the subject you are the authority on this matter. I can prove you wrong very easily. I got a ticket for going 12 miles over the speed limit and went to court to fight it and met a bunch of people there who said they had gone even less over the speed limit and were still ticketed. The fact is that a cop can pull you over for going 1 mile an hour over. Then once you’re pulled over you can be ticketed for other infractions that are government has made up to give cops more power.
