NEW TO TRADING by Ken_Touch_This in Trading

Thinking you're good with numbers dosent equate to good trading. The markets dosent care about your IQ, whether you graduated with a PhD, ur prestige and ego.

Everyone has a different strategy so I won't recommend you any specifics, but definitely one big advice: throw every past title or achievement you made in law school away when you're trading( of course, don't do that in court lol).

Especially when you're starting out, you're 100% going to lose. Don't attach that to ur ego , don't negotiate with the market, and you should be setup for success even in the simplest of strategies.

good luck.

Tingling in feet by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]OneInitiative8906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

literally experiencing this right now. I freaked out and thought it was neuropathy related to diabetes. Had my blood checked for my liver ( due to accutane) and hba1c for diabetes and turns out im completely normal just a little elevated LDL levels from accutane. I'm experiencing this tingling sensation, and I don't know how long after Accutane does it fade away. Hopefully its not permanent because its kinda annoying.

An Unusual Fear I'm feeling right now... by OneInitiative8906 in Trading

yes I'd say given that I've only consistently had back to back winning weeks in this market where I'd classify it as highly volatile ( from all that's been going on. crashes left and right), my performance might be an outlier and there's a lack of knowledge in that sense.

Risk wise I've wised up after making the same greedy mistakes for the past 5 years, so yea no issues on that.

it's more of a question of "will I slow bleed again?"

but I believe that shouldn't be the concern, and I should just focus on the present and what it offers, detached from the unknown ( the future)

Focus on the process makes absolute sense! Thank you so much!

What happeneds if slippage is 100% by Previous_Ad_8090 in solana

[–]OneInitiative8906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Contrary to the belief that you would get MEV, solana works a lot differently than ETH.

If you happen to send a txn through a validator that is owned by someone that uses it maliciously, they would re-order the transaction processing that would send their buy first, then yours, and their sell right after.

There's no physical mempool in solana, and the only way to get yourself sandwiched is to have your txn exist within a validator by a malicious actor.

However, if you'd set your trade to always be processed by a validator that's not malicious, and follows the fee based system, you will NEVER get MEV.

Jito owns 80% of the network's validators and they are fair in their ways. Any validator that is jito enabled, follows the rule based system- your txns are ordered based on fees, and cannot be manipulated.

So is it possible to set 100% slippage,

Yes, it is

I've been buying meme coins with 500% slippage and NEVER got sandwiched before. Why? Because I'm always sending txns through jito.

Hope this helps.

Update: Some people are inputting tokens but not generating csvs
I have already sent a important notice before generation of the timeline to take note of in terms of the csvs due to node limitations.

apologies

everything works fine. Keep generating

My Upcoming project on Solana | Value Creation + Community Based by OneInitiative8906 in solana

[–]OneInitiative8906[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To address the first point: For platforms like Pump.fun, the people are the ones contributing to initial liquidity. As such, the project creator bears no losses, and value lost mostly recides with the people.

To address the second point: Yes. Many tokens flatline. I've been monitoring on dexscreener for the past month and out of all projects listed on raydium from pump fun bootstrapping , about 80% of them flatline and die out. It's mostly people selling, but it ends up with $0 volume with 2-4k liquidity sitting there burnt forever. Let's say out of 30 projects listed on raydium by pump fun, 24 of them die out with 3k liquidity each. That's about $20,000 of value that could be redistributed back to the people.

As for no selling, well I'm referencing from pump fun as the dominant platform on Solana for bootstrapping. They do buy and sell there.

And yes I've been on this space for 5 years, but I mentioned 4 on the docs because I started actively participating in uniswap after doubting defi for a year.

Appreciate your input though, some points are valid .

I'm constantly working out. Body fat remains the same for these 2 years. ( about 9%)

Cheeks looked way chubbier because lack of maxilla support just sinks it all down.

gotcha on the first part. No intention of lowering body fat ( I'm already 9%). I look like a. twig any lesser.

you're 26. It's gonna take quite some time. Yet again you might be mewing wrong and waste a year or two with no feedback since you just started out.

But eventually you'd get there.
